Our 10Gbps servers have a base hardware cost, and then you select your bandwidth package: 100TB adds $30/month, 250TB adds $60/month, 500TB adds $110/month, and Unlimited adds $600/month. For example, if a server costs $100/month and you choose 100TB bandwidth, your total is $130/month. You can upgrade or downgrade your bandwidth package at any time.

Yes, you can upgrade your bandwidth package at any time through by contacting support. Upgrades are processed immediately and the price difference is prorated for your billing cycle. Downgrades can be scheduled for your next renewal date. There are no setup fees for bandwidth changes.

We don't automatically suspend your service. If you go over your limit, we charge $10 USD per TB of extra bandwidth. However, we strongly recommend choosing a package with enough bandwidth to avoid these higher costs.

Your 10Gbps port is completely dedicated to your server it's never shared with other customers. You have exclusive access to the full 10 Gigabit capacity 24/7. The bandwidth packages (100TB, 250TB, 500TB, Unlimited) only limit your monthly data transfer, not your connection speed. You can burst to the full 10Gbps at any time within your package limits.

We calculate total bandwidth through our network devices. Both IN and OUT traffic (Ingress/Egress) are measured and combined. You can check your usage data every 5 minutes from your client panel.
