Campaign Terms
The terms and conditions governing server.net promotional campaigns, including eligibility, discount scope and duration, refunds, and fair use. Discounts are applied automatically at checkout for eligible servers and are subject to the conditions set out below. Each campaign is listed separately with its own terms.
30% - 3 Month Discount Campaign
This campaign offers a 30% discount on the monthly price of selected servers for the first 3 months of service. The discount is applied automatically at checkout for the servers marked as eligible on the server.net website. From the 4th month onwards, the service renews at the standard listed price.
1. Eligibility
The campaign applies only to the servers marked as eligible on the server.net website.
The discount applies to new service orders only. Renewals, upgrades, and existing services are not eligible.
The campaign is available to both new and existing customers. Each customer may benefit from the campaign for 1 server only.
2. Scope
The 30% discount applies to the base monthly price of the eligible server. If the listed price of the product changes, the discount is applied based on the current listed price at the time of billing. The discount does not apply to add-ons, including:
- Additional IP blocks, bandwidth packages, additional drives, and second network ports
- Software licenses, setup fees, and remote hands services
Bandwidth overage charges are billed at standard rates and are not discounted.
3. Duration of Discount
The discount applies to the first 3 monthly billing cycles of the service. From the 4th billing cycle onwards, the service renews at the standard listed price.
If the service is cancelled before the end of the discount period, the remaining discounted months are forfeited and cannot be transferred to another service or account.
4. Combination with Other Offers
This campaign cannot be combined with any other promotion, discount, or credit, including the first server promotion.
5. Refunds
Refund requests are processed for the server service only.
In case of a refund, the refund amount is calculated based on the standard listed price of the service, not the discounted campaign price. Any discount received is deducted from the refundable amount.
Licenses, third party products, setup fees, and other one-time services are non-refundable.
Refunds are subject to the standard server.net Refund Policy, including applicable processing fees.
6. Payment
All standard payment terms apply, including late payment fees and chargeback processing fees as described in our Terms and Conditions.
VAT is applied based on the customer's registration location where applicable.
7. Fair Use
Cancelling and reordering services to repeatedly benefit from the discount is not permitted.
Creating multiple accounts to bypass the campaign limit is not permitted. server.net reserves the right to revoke the discount and bill the standard price in cases of misuse.
8. General
Verification requirements apply to all new orders. Service delivery proceeds after verification is completed.
server.net reserves the right to modify or end this campaign at any time. Changes do not affect orders already placed.
